Maintenance and Revamp job executions:
Apart from offering consulting services, we have also executed critical revamp and maintenance jobs in process plants. Following key activities are covered as part of our offerings:
Maintenance services includes optimization of exiting lining considering the problems faced and redesigning of lining with new developments and materials as per new era.
We provide maintenance services from study of existing lining to application of new lining, which includes following
- Optimization in lining design based on problems faced.
- Preparation / Review of Lining drawings and specifications of Materials selected.
- Conducting thermography in running units to estimate extent of replacement of lining
- Execute job as turnkey contractor comprising material supply and installations
